Event Release

Registrant hereby releases and forever discharges Melbourne Main Street, its representatives, officers, and their heirs and assigns, event sponsors, the 1900 Building, and the City of Melbourne from any responsibilities, personal liability, loss, or damage in connection with this event.

Items for sale on April 12, 2025, in your booth, must match the photos submitted in your application or admission can be denied. All displays must be in good taste according to standards of the Downtown Melbourne Botanical Fest Committee and Melbourne Main Street (MMS).

MMS reserves the right to reject unsuitable products without issuing a refund and will require immediate removal.

Each vendor is responsible for its own display materials and tent. MMS will not provide your tent, tables, chairs, or other items for your space. Power is not provided.

MMS is not responsible for damage, loss, or storage of the vendor's product. Be prepared for sun, rain, and wind.

There will be water (bring your own bucket or hose!), portable restrooms, and hand washing stations on the premises.

Vendors will be provided coffee and a light breakfast at 7:00 am on Saturday before the festival opens.

All written communication from Melbourne Main Street will be via email from events@downtownmelbourne.com.

Refund Policy

No refunds or rain dates are given unless the event organizers officially cancel the event.

By checking below you acknowledge that you will participate during the event hours from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm on Saturday, April 12th, 2025, and you will fully participate during these hours of operation.

Vendors may not break down their booths or vacate the Festival unless there are extreme circumstances that render the Vendor unable to fulfill their obligation and the organizers provide authorization.
