VENDOR INFORMATION
Coming into it’s 11th year, the Botanical Fest is a family-friendly event right in the heart of the Space Coast, that attracts visitors from throughout the region and features lavish landscape designs, garden sculptures, flowers and plants, trees and shrubs, unique gifts, garden-themed art, great food, and much more!
Melbourne Main Street is now accepting vendor applications for the 2027 Downtown Melbourne Botanical Fest at the 1900 Building parking lot in Historic Downtown Melbourne.
Early Bird pricing is available now through December 31, 2026. Standard pricing begins January 1, 2027. No exceptions.

8:00 am until 4:00 pm
Who Can Apply:
This event is dedicated to plant lovers and outdoor living. Acceptable vendor categories include plants, statues, decor, and other botanical or outdoor-space products. Preference is given to plant vendors.
Vendor Guidelines:
All items for sale must be handcrafted by the participant. No mass-produced or mass-marketed merchandise is permitted.
Botanical Fest is not a craft show or art show. Vendors are selected by invitation based on fit with the event’s plant-and-garden focus.
Space is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Melbourne Main Street reserves the right to accept or deny any vendor application.
