Small Town Fridays Family Fest

Join us for the inaugural Small Town Fridays: Family Fest — a free, family-friendly community event in the heart of Historic Downtown Melbourne! Melbourne Main Street is partnering with Small Town Fridays to bring this quarterly celebration to life, closing Vernon Pl. between New Haven Ave. and the alleyway for an afternoon of fun for all ages.
What to expect:
- 🎪 Free bounce house, face painting, and balloon art for the kids
- 🥁 Live music from the Pannatics, a local steel drum band
- 🧑🎨 Live painting by Danny Kidwell
- 🛍️ Local vendors
- 🚌 Big Red Bus pint-for-pint blood drive — donate a pint, get a free pint of beer at Executive Cigar or Van Beers
- 🏪 Participating businesses open late
Small Town Fridays takes place on the second Friday of every month in DTMB. Once a quarter, Melbourne Main Street partners with STF to bring the full Family Fest experience to downtown.
Free admission. All ages welcome.
