UNLIMITED FOOD & DRINK SAMPLES
Enjoy specially crafted food & drink pairings, included in each ticket. The Landing Rooftop Chef and staff have carefully selected the tasting menu, the food will be inspired by Flavors of the following Caribbean countries: Bahamas, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Jamaica, and Trinidad.
Guests are encouraged to stroll the rooftop to visit the tasting stations until 9:00 pm.

Proceeds from events hosted by Melbourne Main Street, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, are used to advocate for the revitalization of Downtown Melbourne including items such as enhanced lighting, safety, parking, and beautification issues.
In addition, funds will be invested in our efforts to continue hosting special events and to market and promote Downtown Melbourne as the premier destination for dining, celebrations, shopping, interactive experiences, services, and more.

Upon entering the Hotel Melby lobby to begin your adventure, enjoy the sights and sounds of the Caribbean. Check-in times will be provided to you in advance to ensure ease of entry and your festive, relaxing journey. Once you ride the elevator to the 11th Floor and arrive at The Landing Rooftop, you’ll be greeted with unique tastes, libations, live music, and artistic performances at every turn.
