DESCRIPTION:Breathe and Restore is an evening designed to hep you slow down\, soften\, and come back to yourself.\nWe’ll start with gentle guided breath-work to calm the nervous system\, then settle into a relaxing group acupuncture session and time for deep rest. We’ll be resting on the floor on yoga mats\, so please feel free to bring your own yoga mat\, we have some bolsters pillows cushions and blankets\, wear comfortable layered clothing.
