DESCRIPTION:Come celebrate our nation’s 247th birthday on the Terrace at the Mansion to eat\, drink and watch the spectacular Front Street fireworks at sunset.\n\nA bountiful buffet of American favorites will be served: Beer Can Chicken\, Pulled Pork\, Ribs\, Choice of a Hamburger or Hot dog\, Grilled Corn\, Baked Beans\, Macaroni Salad\, Coleslaw\, Cornbread\, and Watermelon. Food service will be from 5:00pm – 8:00pm\, served in our Tavern. Feel free to eat inside or at your table on the Terrace. The price of your meal ticket includes tax and gratuity.\nWe will also have our Cocktail Contest\, back by popular demand\, with 4 of our bartenders showing off their talents and competing for the big win. Purchase discounted tickets ahead of time online\, or purchase tickets at the event\, if you want to be part of the fun. We will also have our full bar available to purchase cocktails\, whiskey\, beer\, and wine\, or choose a bottle of wine from our endless Cellar’s selection.\n\nAll seating will be family style\, so your party may be seated with another. All seating will be assigned ahead of time at tables\, high tops or the bar. DESCRIPTION:Join the community at the Front Street Civic Center riverfront as we celebrate the birth of our nation. \nParking\nAttendees are encouraged to park at Melbourne Auditorium (at 625 Hibiscus Boulevard) and use a free shuttle service to Front Street Park. Three buses will run continuously from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. Bus service will resume after the fireworks show and will run until 11 p.m. An ADA accessible bus will be available at the Melbourne Auditorium. \nNo parking is allowed on the portion of the causeway that is in the City of Melbourne. Please note that some businesses do not allow public parking. Those businesses may have your vehicle towed from their private properties at your expense even if they are not open for business on July 4. \nRoad Closures\nThe following roads will close at 8 p.m. and will remain closed until approximately 10 p.m.\, depending on the time it takes for pedestrians to safely exit the park: \nStrawbridge Avenue (U.S. 192) from U.S. 1 to Riverside Drive (Indialantic)\nNew Haven Avenue from the east side of the Mansion’s driveway to Strawbridge Avenue\nRiverview Drive at Palmetto Avenue\nFront Street at Melbourne Avenue \nBoat Ramp Closure\nThe boat ramp at Front Street Park will be closed at 5 p.m. on July 3 and will reopen at 9 a.m. on July 5. \nCanopies/Tents Not Allowed\nCanopies and tents will not be allowed at Front Street Park because they block the view for other spectators. \nRain Date\nIn the event of rain\, the fireworks display will be rescheduled to July 5. There will be no bus service or skydiver performance on the rain date.
