DESCRIPTION:Slow down. Lie back. Let sound do the work. \nThis is a peaceful evening group sound bath experience held in the Sagewave sanctuary space. The experience supports nervous system regulation and energetic balance within a calm\, restorative setting. \nGentle sound can help signal the nervous system that it’s safe to relax\, allowing the body and mind to settle. The session unfolds as a gentle sound journey\, using crystal singing bowls\, Tibetan bowls\, gongs\, soft drumming\, and other resonant instruments to create a layered\, immersive experience. \nTo honor the sanctuary space and keep the experience spacious and intentional\, participation is limited to seven people. The sanctuary includes seven resting spaces: four anti-gravity chairs and three 4-inch memory foam floor mats\, available on a first-come\, first-served basis. \nThis is a ticketed event please purchase tickets below or at Sagewavesound.com \nEnergy Exchange\n$25 prepay\n$30 day of (if space is available) \nBefore and after the session\, you’re welcome to explore the retail space\, which offers a curated selection of sound tools\, crystals\, and intentional items that complement the sanctuary experience. \nIf you’ve been curious about sound baths\, looking for a gentle way to unwind at the end of the day\, or seeking a calm\, grounded community experience\, this session is a welcoming place to begin.
