Corey serves as Vice President – Preconstruction at Certified General Contractors, Inc., located in Historic Downtown Melbourne. Corey and his wife Krista reside in Melbourne Beach where he also serves as Town Commissioner. He is a member of the Space Coast Gator Club, ENGAGE Young Professionals and 321Millennials. Corey has a passion for the redevelopment of Downtown Melbourne and brings a unique and vibrant perspective to the board.
Albert (Bert) Luer
Bulk Express Transport, Inc.
Board Chair-Elect 2021-Present
Albert (Bert) Luer is Vice President of Bulk Express Transport, Inc., a Miami based trucking company. He is a native Floridian, raised in Sarasota, a graduate of the University of Florida, and a resident for most of his adult life in South Florida. His interests include historic preservation, environmental stewardship, and lots of yard work. He is the father of four adult children. Mr. Luer moved to Melbourne in December, 2017, and resides just to the south of downtown in an historical home overlooking the Indian River.
Bert is intrigued by the potential of Historic Downtown Melbourne to become a thriving residential and commercial center for Florida’s Space Coast.
Andrew Pickett Law, PLLC

Chair: Advocacy and Governance
Andrew Pickett is a trial attorney and is the owner of Andrew Pickett Law, PLLC, which is located in the Flatiron Building in Downtown Melbourne. Andrew practices civil litigation, focusing primarily in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death. Andrew is the President of the Brevard County Bar Association and serves on the 18th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Circles of Care.

Terry Locke, Assistant Vice President with TD Bank in Melbourne, works with his team to help individuals and businesses achieve financial security. Being involved in the community is important to Terry and he currently serves as Vice Chair for Promise in Brevard, supporting individuals with special needs with housing, employment, life skills and live as independently as possible. His past service includes Treasurer for the HBCA and AAPR of Satellite Beach. Mr. Locke loves the relaxed atmosphere of Downtown Melbourne and enjoys working with business owners to help them thrive.
John Frazier, Jr.
Legal Counsel, 2021-Present
John M. Frazier, Jr. is an attorney at Widerman Malek and he delivers a full range of litigation in both state and federal courts; including the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. His area of practice includes corporate litigation and transactions, complex commercial litigation, real estate litigation and transactions, and business representation. John advises business entities and individuals about nearly every legal aspect of operating a business or contractual matters.
John was born and raised in Melbourne and attended Melbourne High School including lettering in football and track. He sees all of the potential that exists in Melbourne and has a strong drive to become a part of the efforts to develop, improve, and revitalize Downtown Melbourne into a destination for families, tourist, businesses, and further economic development.

Kim serves as Executive Director of Melbourne Main Street, working directly with the Board of Directors to build strategic approaches and partnerships to advocate for and revitalize Historic Downtown Melbourne. Agee, born and raised in Melbourne with deep family ties, is an insightful executive professional with broad skill sets, strong leadership track record, and unique business aptitude. She brings to the organization expertise in strategic planning, business development, economic and community development, outreach and connectivity planning, government relations, and relationship management. Kim is a skillful strategist and relationship manager proficient in multiple facets of economic and community development. She drives projects and individuals to success through professional savvy, extraordinary organizational skills, and a genuine passion for business and community development. Agee’s passion is her community and she loves putting her energy, dedication and experience to work building Melbourne Main Street’s mission to strengthen Downtown Melbourne. Kim enjoys spending time with her daughter and Maltese, attending lacrosse games and boating on the Intercoastal.
Federico is originally from Argentina, and came to the Space Coast to attend the Florida Institute of Technology, where he graduated in Civil Engineering. Along with his wife, Valerie, he owns and manages the Excel Development Group Inc., a boutique company focused on the revitalization of Downtown Melbourne.
Office Manager, Boyd & Boyd, P.A..
Jessie Boyd is an experienced business and hospitality professional currently managing a law office in Melbourne. Jessie has a diverse professional background including having previously owned and operated an award-winning independent retail business in historic Intown Atlanta, coordinating sales and events at upscale hotels in both Atlanta and New York City, working as a flight attendant for a major international airline, and closing real estate transactions as a licensed title agent in Florida for several years. Jessie is married to a Melbourne native and settled in Brevard County with her family in 2017. Jessie has two young sons and enjoys dining, libations, shopping, festivals, and manatee-watching in Downtown Melbourne during her free time.
David Cable is a multi-million dollar, full-service, realtor with RE/MAX Elite. Working with his team of trusted local business partners, he’s able to successfully fulfill his clients’ every need, from start to finish and beyond. In addition to supporting Brevard public schools, he is involved in several charities that are largely focused on funding women, children and animals. He is also actively involved in the community as an Executive Board member of the Melbourne Chamber of Commerce and an active member of the Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce. David and his wife, Wendy, live beachside in Indialantic.

Sara is the Owner and Agent of Sara Hawks-Houston State Farm in Viera. She is a Brevard County native and graduated from the University of Central Florida. Prior to opening her insurance business, she worked in pharmaceutical sales and operated her own marketing and PR business. She has been awarded numerous accolades from State Farm and finished #3 in the Nation of all new agents during her first year in business. She is currently listed as one of the top 3% of all agents in the Nation. Sara is deeply committed to her community and gives back in a variety of ways. She has an affinity for Downtown Melbourne and loves the eclectic offerings of the small businesses and restaurants.
Nationwide Medical Licensing
Alexis McGuire is the Chief Executive Officer and Owner of Nationwide Medical Licensing (NML). From their Downtown Melbourne office, NML assists healthcare providers with obtaining and maintaining their state licenses nationwide. Alexis and her husband, Dylan, enjoy all that Downtown offers… from boutique shops and restaurants, to somewhere fun to go on the weekends. Alexis also serves on the Board of Directors for the Melbourne Regional Chamber.
Northrop Grumman – Retired
Marty recently retired from Northrop Grumman as Director, Information Technology after 35 years of service. Marty and his family moved to Brevard county in 1966 during the Apollo moon program and have been residents ever since. Marty and his wife, Karen, love living on the Space Coast and reside in central Brevard. They frequently enjoy the uniqueness and variety of dining & shopping in downtown Melbourne, which was the catalyst for him becoming a Board member.
Since living in the Melbourne area most of his life, Marty has seen first-hand the progressions and evolutions that the Downtown Melbourne area has gone through. He will leverage his business career experiences and personal relationships within the community to further the development and improvement of the Downtown Melbourne business community.
BRPH – Vice President, Director of Manufacturing
Marti is a Vice President at BRPH, a Melbourne based architecture, engineering, and construction services firm. Prior to moving here in 2017, Marti’s diverse background in landscape architecture and project management provided opportunities in land development, master planning, park design, streetscapes & urban design across the southeast. Marti currently leads one of the largest markets for BRPH working with eight regional offices to support clients and projects across the United States.
Cromulence LLC – Co-Founder & CEO
Jason Williams is the Chief Executive Officer and a Co-Founder of Cromulence LLC. Cromulence is a growing high technology business with primary offices located in Downtown Melbourne, Florida that specializes in cybersecurity capabilities and services for national defense.
Jason, a Melbourne native, is inspired by the potential to vitalize and enhance the Downtown Melbourne area and attract high tech industry and technology startups. He has seen firsthand the growth of Melbourne and the Space Coast as a hub for high tech industry, aerospace, and defense and wants to see the downtown area lead as a mixed-use area for employers, restaurants, and retail businesses.
